Housekeeping Director

The successful candidate will oversee all housekeeping functions, ensuring cleanliness standards and décor are met across guestrooms, offices, and public areas. They will establish work rules and practices to maintain these standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure quality.

• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff, including Supervisors, Attendants, Linen Attendants, Tailor, Cleaners, and Order Takers.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Revenue/Groups Departments to facilitate smooth guest check-ins, check-outs, VIP arrivals, and group bookings.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and repair work.
• Oversee linen inventories for guest rooms and assist with Food & Beverage linen supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
