Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Meal Packing Specialist to join our dispatch team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately portioning and packing meals while upholding high standards of hygiene and quality.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with the drivers and Customer Experience team to ensure seamless customer experiences. Additionally, they will maintain proper hygiene standards in the kitchen, ensuring all food products meet the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Portioning meal components on time before deliveries go out
  • Communicating with the drivers & Customer Experience team to ensure top-notch customer experience
  • Maintaining proper hygiene standards in the kitchen
Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a food dispatch or kitchen packing role (fast food or similar preferred)
  • Currently based in Oman
  • Basic spoken and written English
Knowledge and Competency:
  • Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards in a kitchen setting
  • Familiarity with food safety principles is an asset
  • Able to follow instructions and work efficiently under time pressure
