Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Information Systems department at Alila Hinu Bay. The Department Manager will be in charge of managing a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of IT professionals to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on departmental activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT or management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
