Cybersecurity and Network Solutions Expert

Main Responsibilities:

The primary goal of this position is to ensure the availability, reliability, and integrity of Core, Aggregation, Distribution, and Edge Networks.

This role requires a strong background in designing, implementing, and supporting LAN, MAN, WLAN, and WAN Networks as well as SD-WAN with Layer 2, Layer 3, and dynamic routing protocols.

A key aspect of this position is to provide expert-level support for all aspects of Network and Security products, including administration, operational management, and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving problems associated with Network and Security infrastructure to ensure non-interruptive services of systems, hardware, applications, and software.

This role also involves monitoring and maintaining the overall performance of Network and Security infrastructure and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multi-vendor products infrastructure and experience in implementing, managing, and supporting Network and Security operations and maintenance, configuration management, installations, upgrades, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, Manage, Support, Administer, and Monitor Network Infrastructure: Cisco Nexus & Catalyst based switches and routers in Campus/Branches/ATM/Production Data Center/Disaster Recovery Data Center.
• Plan, Implement, Support, and Administer OSPF, BGP Routing Protocol, and Spanning Tree Protocols Networks: Campus/Branches/ATM/Core/Production Data Center/Disaster Recovery Data Center.
• Plan, Implement, and Administer Nexus Switches with Virtual Port Channel: Production Data Center/Disaster Recovery Data Center.
• Plan, Implement, Support, and Administer IP SLA on Managing Routing:
• Plan, Implement, Support, and Administer Cisco ISE 802.1x with Posture Validation for Endpoint Network Admission Control:
• Provide First-Level/Second-Level Consultations and Support: Network/Field Engineers and System Engineers & Testing Departments on IT issues.
• Continually Work on Achieving High Performance in Providing Mission-Critical Support: Business Operations and Services while Complying to Audit and Security Recommendations.
• Support Offsite ATM Locations Remote VPN's Firewall and IPS Configured on Fortinet Devices: Including Data Center & Disaster Recovery Data Center VPN's.
• Administer Network and Security Management Systems: Cisco DNAC, Cisco ISE, Cisco DCNM, Forti Manager, Forti Analyzer, and SolarWinds NCM.
• Assist in Developing and Implementing Disaster Recovery Processes and Procedures: For the Network.
• Support Day-to-Day Activities Effectively: Ensuring All Network Infrastructure to an Agreed Level of Availability and Quality.
• Support Ensuring that All Network/Security Projects Delivered on Time: Supporting Projects Pertaining to Business Developments.
• Installation, Support, and Administration of DC/DR Inter-Site Critical Links: Branches and Offsite ATM MPLS Links. Third-Party MPLS/Leased Lines for High Availability in Coordination with ISP.
• Network and Security Remote Support of International Branches:
• Implementation of Audit Recommendations: Ensure Audit Findings are Closed on Time.
• Ensure Network Vulnerabilities Treated in Line with Applied SLAs:
• Implementation of Security Baseline on Network and Security Infrastructure Devices:
• Planning and Support for Shifting Network Equipment: Testing of MPLS Link after Branch Renovation or Re-location of Branch/Offsite ATM.
• Maintaining Up-to-Date Documentation of the Network Infrastructure: Plan and Implementation of Projects Supporting Other Departments' Projects.
• Update and Maintain the List of Links Accounts:
• Update and Maintain the CMDB for Network and Security Infrastructure:
• Monitoring Network and Security Devices Alerts and Act to Resolve it Within Defined SLAs:
• Update Patches, Firmware, and Operating Systems: Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ISE, Cisco Nexus, Cisco DCNM, and Fortinet Products.
• Ensure Compliance with Corporate/Security Policies and Governmental Regulations: Support Interaction with Internal and External Auditors, as Needed.
• Provide Support for Various Business and IT Projects: Ensuring Adherence to Agreed Project Scope and Timelines.
• Work Closely with Service Providers and External Parties: Plan, Implement, Administer the Network and Security Infrastructure Projects.
• Execute Day-to-Day Operational Activities for Network Support: In Line with Service Delivery Goals and Published SLAs.
• Maintain Complete Technical Documentation of All Network and Security Devices:
• Demonstrate Capability Managing Simultaneous Projects, Crisis Situations, and Successfully Meeting Deadlines:

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering.

4 years in related field.
