About the Job\:
An opportunity has arisen for a Director to join Sales in Jumeirah Muscat Bay. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Set clear and achievable sales targets for the sales team, in line with company goals and market potential, and monitor progress towards these targets.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the sales team, motivating them to achieve sales targets and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Recruit, onboard, and train sales personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, analyse competitor activity, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on market trends.
