Offshore Foreman

We're Hiring: Offshore Foreman

Location: Oman (Consolidated Union Contracting LLC)

Consolidated Union Contracting LLC (CUC) is a growing contracting company with expertise in civil, marine, and infrastructure projects across Oman. We are currently seeking an experienced Offshore Foreman to join our dynamic team and lead offshore site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day offshore construction activities.
• Manage work crews, equipment, and resources to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Site/Project Engineer.
• Enforce HSE standards and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Offshore Foreman / Supervisor in offshore or marine projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of offshore construction methods and marine equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven track record of working under challenging offshore conditions.
• Flexibility to work on rotational offshore schedules.
