Role & responsibilities
Responsible for carry out projects on Building Management Systems (BMS), ELV systems used across multiple industries including commercial, retail and hospitality
Responsible for the Project documentation, onsite system verification, testing & commissioning of fit out projects.
Candidate Should have knowledge of latest BMS products, HVAC control philosophy, Instrumentation and electronics which will use for BMS site implementation and maintenance
As a member of BMS Project/Service team, BMS Engineer must adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure all duties are performed in a safe and professional manner
BMS Engineer should work within a dynamic environment that provides a platform to develop technical and project management skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma in Electrical /Electronic engineering or equivalent
- 5-10 Years' Experience with installation, Commissioning of Various Brands of BMS systems.
- Preferred Experience on Johnson Controls BMS System Metasys platform, Easy I/O.
- Candidate Should have experience in supervision of installation of containment, Cabling, BMS Sensors/Valves, DDC Panels, FCUS for BMS system.
- Ability to manage a group of technicians for BMS projects.
- Candidate Should have ability to understanding MEP drawings, diagrams, and specifications
- Candidate Should have ability to carry out pre-sales site survey and related documentation
- Should have knowledge on MS office tools, Auto CAD, BIM, etc.
- An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal, problem solving & client servicing skills.
- Experience in basic Marketing knowledge related to BMS and ELV system (Optional)
