Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician located in Muscat. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service and clear communication is essential. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting and testing HVAC systems, diagnosing malfunctions, and performing necessary repairs or replacements.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance for Package AC, Chiller, Split, Ductable etc
  • Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system issues
  • Customer Satisfaction and effective communication skills
  • EPA certification or knowledge of environmental regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in HVAC or a related field is mandatory.
  • Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
