Seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional HCM Consultant to support the migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, data migration, and integration support.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead HCM module implementation (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent).


• Analyze current EBS configurations and map to Fusion Cloud capabilities.


• Validating the existing EBS functionality can be met with Oracle HCM Fusion modules OOTB alongside Oracle via CRPs.


• Design and develop reports, integrations (using OIC), and extensions.


• Support data migration activities including extraction, transformation, and loading.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth transition.


• Conduct UAT and provide hypercare support post go-live.

Required Skills:


• years of overall experience in Oracle HCM, with 6+ years in Fusion Cloud.


• Strong understanding of Fusion HCM architecture and data model.


• Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and OTBI.


• Familiarity with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and PaaS extensions.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
