Role & responsibilities

  • Land Measurement & Mapping
  • Conduct surveys using tools like Total Stations, Theodolites, GPS, and Laser Scanners.
  • Prepare site plans, topographic maps, and layout drawings.
  • Boundary & Legal Surveys
  • Identify and mark property boundaries.
  • Prepare documentation for land ownership, permits, and legal approvals.
  • Construction Layout & Setting Out
  • Translate design drawings to real-world site positions.
  • Mark positions for foundations, columns, roads, and utilities.
  • Data Collection & Reporting
  • Record survey data accurately.
  • Prepare survey reports, maps, and coordinate with engineers/designers.
  • Maintenance of Equipment
  • Calibrate and maintain surveying instruments.
  • Ensure accurate measurements by regular equipment checks.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Must have experience in Civil, Industrial and Commercial Building

Gulf Experience is Mandatory
