Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service Excellence

  2. Provide exceptional service by assisting customers in selecting products that suit their needs.

  3. Attend to customer inquiries and offer detailed product knowledge, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

  4. Sales and Upselling

  5. Demonstrate upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

  6. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  7. Garment Expertise

  8. Take accurate customer measurements for tailored clothing; experience in the suiting business is a significant advantage.

  9. Offer professional advice on fabric, design, and fit to enhance customer satisfaction.

  10. Store Operations

  11. Maintain store standards, ensuring cleanliness and a visually appealing layout.

  12. Handle store merchandising, including product displays and inventory management.

  13. Coordinate with the factory team to manage orders, alterations, and customizations.

  14. Adaptability and Flexibility

  15. Be hardworking and flexible, adapting to various tasks and responsibilities as required on the retail floor.

  16. Be target oriented

  17. Technical Skills

  18. Use basic computer skills for billing, inventory updates, and customer records management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Fluent in
    English
    ; proficiency in
    Arabic
    is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the
    garment industry
    is essential.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Knowledge of measurement techniques and tailoring is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
