Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agriculture Engineer located in Muscat. The Agriculture Engineer will be responsible for looking after agriculture and landscaping products, providing technical assistance. The role will involve working closely with various clients/consultants/contractors to ensure the success and sustainability of agricultural/ landscaping projects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

Prospect, qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline in the market.

Deliver technical pre‑sales assistance: system selection, configuration and product support for our customers.

Preparing Sales Quote, Sales Order in the ERP for the customer enquiry, Sales Process in ERP is important KPI for the performance appraisal.

Responsible for the order to cash process in the sales cycle. (From the customer enquiry till the cash collection process)

Prepare technical presentations, proposals, quotes, and tender documents for the Sales Department.

Negotiate pricing and contracts, meeting sales targets and revenue goals for your sales team.

Support after-sales: troubleshooting, system optimization, and maintenance guidance on Bright Flowers Products range.

Engaging with the management and `business partners for product updates and business development activities in the region.

Gather market insights, monitor competitors, and suggest new product opportunities

Maintain CRM and sales reports for management review.

·    Ability to tailor solutions to customer needs and market trends

·    Comfortable traveling to client sites and conducting product demonstrations.

Compliance with the company policies on the sales process and follow the ERP system.

·    Inventory Management at the branch level and carrying out stock counting at periodic levels.

·    Coordinate with sales, inventory, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

·    Track sales metrics, customer feedback, demo success rates, and report insights back to management.

·    Warranty Procedures – Liaising with the business partners and provide warranty support to the customer and maintain records in the ERP.

Qualifications and Experience:

B.E. Agriculture / Irrigation Engineering
