Air Freight Operations – Manage day-to-day airfreight processes (booking, documentation, customs, cargo handling) with accuracy and compliance.

Market Knowledge – Leverage strong knowledge of Muscat, Nizwa, Salalah & Sohar markets to support operations and provide insights.

Stakeholder Coordination – Maintain effective relationships with airlines, customs, vendors, and clients for smooth service delivery.

Compliance & Process – Ensure adherence to company policies, Omani regulations, and accurate documentation.

Opportunity Identification – Use industry contacts to highlight untapped market opportunities and support business growth.

Continuous Improvement – Track operational performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• 3–5 years' experience in freight forwarding (not a fresher)
• Background Air Freight
• Exposure to Airfreight + Operations
• Strong knowledge of the Omani market – Muscat, Nizwa, Salalah & Sohar for airfreight market
• Local Omani national Must
• Operational & product-focused role (not sales) but with useful industry contacts
• Familiarity with companies like DSV, DHL, local freight forwarders, petroleum/oil & gas, and engineering firms with supply chain function. Ability to identify and explore untapped opportunities in the market
