Role Overview

We are seeking experienced IT Domain Experts to support SAP SuccessFactors and Fieldglass modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules (LMS, Recruiting, Performance, Onboarding, Time Tracking, Payroll).
• Configure and implement Fieldglass for contingent workforce management and SOW.
• Ensure integration with SAP and HR systems.
• Provide expert advice and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum Master's degree (or Bachelor's + 4 years ICT experience).
• At least 4 years relevant professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors, Fieldglass or OpenText.
• Hands-on configuration and implementation expertise.
• Integration experience with SAP/HR.
• English language proficiency at B2 or higher.

Certifications: As per request (SuccessFactors/Fieldglass certifications desirable).
