Job description:

We are urgently hiring Commis Chefs for a reputed hospitality group in Oman. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, well-groomed, able to communicate in English, and ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness at all times
  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, and basic dishes as per standards
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly
  • Work as part of a team to deliver quality meals on time

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or 3 years of experience
  • Male candidates welcome
  • Must have ECNR Passport
  • Ability to communicate in English (mandatory)
  • Presentable, smart, and well-groomed appearance
  • Prior experience in hotels/restaurants preferred but not mandatory
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred
