Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, proficiency in modern design tools, and the ability to create high-quality visuals across digital and print media. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that aligns with the brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, packaging, signage, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop creative concepts, layouts, and graphics in line with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign goals into compelling visuals.
  • Prepare artwork for printing and coordinate with print vendors when required.
  • Create motion graphics, video edits, and basic animations (preferred).
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure consistency and high visual standards across all design projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a graphic designer in an agency or in-house team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Experience in digital and print design.
  • Knowledge of social media content design and marketing campaigns.
  • Attention to detail and a strong eye for typography, layout, and color.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Video editing and motion graphics experience.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX or web design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
  • Photography or illustration skills are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Arabic design aesthetics (preferred, but not mandatory).
