Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive at RIKAZ Real Estate Development located in Muscat, Oman. The trainee will be responsible for customer support, communication, and providing excellent customer service in a contact center environment.

Qualifications

  • Preffered to have exp in Call Center, Bank, Insurance, Real Estate
  • Sales, Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • 2-3 Years Exp Proffered to have
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Experience in Sales contact centers is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Fluency in Arabic language
  • High school diploma or equivalent
