We are looking for a talented Architecture Engineer with strong experience in the Omani market and consultancy field to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural design, project coordination, and professional 3D visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural design & detailed drawings
- 3D modeling and high-quality visualization (interior & exterior)
- Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and proposals
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities
- Site visits & design supervision when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in architectural consultancy in Oman
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling tools (Revit / 3ds Max / SketchUp / Lumion / AutoCAD / Photoshop)
- Knowledge of Oman building regulations & municipality submissions
- Strong creativity, technical detailing & communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in villa and commercial projects
- Knowledge in visualization and rendering workflows
- Portfolio of previous work (mandatory to share)
