Technician fire alarm and fire fighting

• Install, test, and commission fire alarm, fire fighting, and fire suppression systems in compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations.

• Perform regular inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of fire alarm, fire fighting, and fire suppression systems to ensure optimal functionality.

• Diagnose faults, carry out troubleshooting, and perform corrective maintenance as required.

• Prepare maintenance logs, service reports, and documentation in line with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with NFPA, local civil defense authority codes, and manufacturer specifications.

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients during installation and maintenance activities.

• Report to the Supervisor/Project Engineer on work progress, issues, and system performance.

• Provide technical support, guidance, and on-site training to junior technicians where necessary.

• Follow company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during all activities.

• Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools, equipment, and materials assigned for the job.

Desired Candidate Profile


• Diploma or ITI in any engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in fire alarm, fire fighting, and fire suppression systems.
• Knowledge of ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of basic safety standards, local civil defense codes, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Team player
• Willingness to work at sites as required.
