Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chemical Sales/Service Engineer located in Masqaţ, Oman. The role entails providing field service and maintenance support for disinfection and dosing systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering technical solutions to optimize system performance. The Engineer will work closely with clients, communicate effectively to understand their requirements, educate them on product functionalities, and ensure service quality standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Field Service and Troubleshooting experience in technical systems
  • Technical Support expertise, including Maintenance & Repair of disinfection and dosing systems
  • Strong Communication skills for client interaction and issue resolution
  • Proficiency in managing service tools and following safety protocols
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
  • Prior experience in the disinfection or water treatment industry is a plus
  • Adaptability to work independently and collaborate within team environments
