Job Description:

Get Global Group is looking for experienced Frac Operators, Senior Operators, and Supervisors to join our dynamic oil and gas projects. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing company on high-impact field operations across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain fracturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Execute job procedures according to client and safety standards
• Supervise field crews and ensure smooth operations (for senior/supervisor levels)
• Report and document job activities and equipment status

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hydraulic fracturing operations
• Strong knowledge of frac pumps, blenders, hydration units, and safety protocols
• Experience with leading oilfield service companies is a plus
• Willingness to travel and work on rotational shifts

Rotation: As per project requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• offshore: 1 year (Preferred)
