Are you experienced in Sandwich Panel production and looking to advance your career? We're looking for 4 qualified Injection Foaming Operators to be part of our expanding production line in Samail Industrial Estate (A'Dakhiliya Governorate), Oman.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma holders.

BE in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (with 3–5 years experience in PU/PIR/Rockwool Sandwich Panel manufacturing).

Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Proficient in MS Office.

Problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the production of PU/PIR/Rockwool sandwich panels across various thicknesses.

Control foaming process based on atmospheric and temperature conditions

Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.

Maintain daily logbooks, parameter check sheets, and spare parts records

Conduct scheduled monitoring of the chemical process.

المتطلبات:

شهادة ITI أو دبلوم

بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكيميائية أو الميكانيكية (مع خبرة ٣ إلى ٥ سنوات في مجال تصنيع ألواح البولي يوريثين/البولي إيزوسيانورات/الصوف الصخري)

مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا)

معرفة جيدة باستخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس

القدرة على حل المشكلات وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية

المهام والمسؤوليات:

تشغيل ومراقبة إنتاج ألواح الساندوتش بانل البولي يوريثين/البولي إيزوسيانورات/الصوف الصخري بمختلف السماكات

ضبط عملية الحقن حسب الظروف الجوية ودرجات الحرارة

معالجة المشاكل الإنتاجية وتحليل أسبابها

المحافظة على سجلات الإنتاج اليومية، ونماذج فحص المعايير، وقطع الغيار

تنفيذ أنشطة مراقبة العمليات الكيميائية بانتظام
