Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an ELV Technician located in Muscat. The ELV Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, ensuring their proper functionality and adherence to safety standards. The incumbent will work closely with the team and clients to deliver high-quality service, which includes tasks such as wiring, configuring, and testing ELV systems. Responsibilities also include conducting routine inspections, diagnosing electrical issues, and performing necessary repairs to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in ELV systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of wiring, system configurations, and electrical frameworks
• Experience in routine inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical and related systems
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations for working with ELV systems
• Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues
• A diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the engineering or construction industry
