Role & responsibilities
- Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise construction activities like excavation, concreting, masonry, finishing, and civil works.
- Ensure work is done as per design drawings and quality standards.
- Resource Management
- Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams.
- Quality Control Support
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with QC/QA standards.
- Report non-conformities and support corrective measures.
- Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and site regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily/weekly work progress.
- Prepare site reports for engineers/project managers.
- Coordination
- Liaise with engineers, planners, and clients.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate Must have experience in Civil, Industrial and Commercial Building
Gulf Experience is Mandatory
