We are looking for HR Executive who is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining HR records to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

What we offer

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
  • Handle HR operations for both local and expatriate staff
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and payroll inputs
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Omani labor laws and visa regulations
  • Coordinate with Public Relations Officer and government authorities for work permits and documentation
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally

Qualifications
About you

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of Omani labor law and visa procedures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
