Inside Sales Executive

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Inside Sales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, manage government tenders, and build strong relationships with clients across sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, calls, meetings and networking.
  • Handle
    E-Tendering platforms
    — including registration, document preparation, and bid submission.
  • Manage and track tenders
    with government entities and ministries.
  • Conduct
    meetings and visits to government departments
    and corporate clients to understand requirements and present solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience
    in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Tender Coordination (preferably in IT or similar industries).
  • Experience managing tenders on E-Tendering platforms
    is mandatory.
  • Prior experience dealing with
    government entities
    is an advantage.
  • Valid Omani driving license
    (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
