We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Communications Manager to join our team and help drive brand building and visibility activities for our focus countries in India, the Middle East, and Africa.

Role Purpose
As district representatives, primary responsibility is to foster strong relationships with our customer and ensuring to address their challenges related to chemical treatment. This involves understanding the technical aspects of our customer's plant and our products offerings in refinery, water treatment, and petrochemical applications, making your expertise even more critical. Staying up to date with industry trends ,advancements in specialty chemicals, refining technologies, water treatment solutions, and petrochemical innovations is essential to ensure business growth. This includes attending/participating relevant training sessions and workshops to further enhance your knowledge and skills.

Close collaboration with our technical advisors and subject matter experts is crucial for addressing any complex queries or issues that may arise. This teamwork is vital to maintaining the high standard of service we pride ourselves on. It is essential to ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with our company's policies and regulatory requirements. Upholding these standards is vital to maintaining our reputation and ensuring the trust of our clients.

Candidate Profile:

In This Role You Will

• Responsible for execution of the treatment program at the assigned account and shall be familiarized with the complete system & its limitations.
• Provide reports Weekly, Monthly and quarterly format. Conduct reviews with customer on a quarterly and Annual basis along with senior management .
• Shall visit the site daily to ensure smooth functioning of the program and to discuss problematic areas with customer point of contact.
• Should be available to attend all emergency / system-upset situations as a technical backup to the Service Technician and as and when required by the Customer
• Identify growth potentials and responsible for meeting the sales target /business plan.

Qualifications And Experience

• Degree in Engineering or Science with minimum 8-10 years of exclusive experience in handling specialty chemical treatment for Boiler Water, Cooling Water, Process Chemicals in large refineries / petrochemical industries.
