Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Omani Lawyer located in Muscat. The Omani Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel, representing clients in court, handling legal documents, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The role also involves advising on various legal matters, negotiating settlements, and conducting thorough research.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years practical experience in Oman.
- Legal expertise in Corporate, Commercial & M&A and Capital Markets.
- Skills in Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution, and representing clients in court
- Proficiency in Employment & Immigration, Intellectual Property (IP) & Technology
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction & Projects, Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources (is a plus)
- Knowledge of Tax & Regulatory Compliance and Private Client & Family Business law (is a plus)
- Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in law from Oman or UK, with a legal practicing certificate in Oman
- Master's degree in law (is a plus)
