About the Role:

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building clean, smart, and user-friendly digital experiences. This is an onsite full-time role, where you'll work closely with our team to turn Figma designs into smooth, interactive interfaces and develop the backend logic that keeps everything running. If you're comfortable using AI tools to speed up development, love working with Python and React, and enjoy giving your code a polished "vibe," you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing:

Turning Figma screens into responsive, accurate front-end layouts.

Creating modern UI components in React that feel smooth and intuitive.

Building and maintaining back-end features and API integrations.

Using AI tools to automate tasks, improve workflow, and build smarter systems.

Writing structured, clean code in Python and React.

Ensuring performance, stability, and a great user experience across the system.

Working side-by-side with the team onsite to bring ideas from concept to final product.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of hands-on software development experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field (recent graduates welcome).

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.

Strong front-end skills with a good eye for detail.

Solid experience converting Figma designs into functional UI.

Comfortable with vibe coding—adding smooth interactions and visual flow.

Good understanding of Python for logic, automation, and system tasks.

Strong experience with React and modern front-end development.

Good understanding of back-end systems, APIs, and integrations.

Someone who enjoys learning, collaborating, and improving every day.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles, including algorithms and data structures
  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and experience with server-side programming
  • Proven experience with Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with cloud platforms and version control systems is a plus
  • Experience with Vibe Coding, Modern AI Tools, and building Processes with AI, Deep understanding of Machine learning is a must.
