Key Responsibilities
:


• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities.


• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.


• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.


• Search for new projects and business opportunities.


• Build and lead a strong, skilled project team.


• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.


• Prepare project progress and performance reports.

Requirements
:


• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in project management (construction or materials).


• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


•
Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
