A Leasing Executive is responsible for managing the leasing process for residential, commercial, or retail properties. The role involves attracting and retaining tenants, negotiating lease agreements, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and meeting occupancy and revenue targets. The Leasing Executive acts as a key liaison between property owners/management and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Leasing & Tenant Management


• Promote and market available properties to prospective tenants through advertising, networking, and site tours.


• Conduct property viewings and explain leasing terms, conditions, and policies.


• Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and rental terms to maximize occupancy and revenue.


• Maintain a database of prospective tenants and follow up on leads.


• Client Relationship


• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.


• Address tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.


• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to resolve tenant issues.


• Administrative & Reporting


• Prepare and process leasing documents, contracts, and legal paperwork.


• Ensure compliance with local leasing laws and company policies.


• Market Research & Sales


• Conduct market research to identify trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.


• Recommend pricing and marketing strategies to management.


• Support promotional events and campaigns to attract potential tenants.

Desired Candidate Profile


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Knowledge of real estate market trends and legal leasing requirements.


• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
