Job Overview

We are looking to appoint an outstanding SENCO Lead to work with our highly engaged students, staff and parents in our vibrant school. We are looking for someone with the ability to support inclusion across the Whole School. You will be a part of the Extended Leadership team. All applicants must be qualified teachers, with a UK or internationally recognised equivalent qualification. You will need to show a genuine commitment to creating an inspiring and stimulating child centred learning environment.

Start Date
: 1 September 2026 (or as soon as possible)

The successful candidate will be a passionate and innovative educator with an international mindset. They will be dedicated to inspiring students, embracing diversity and fostering a supportive, inclusive community. Adaptable and collaborative, they will thrive in a dynamic environment, continuously evolving to provide the highest quality education for our students. They will also be someone who can lead with a clear vision for the development of the inclusion department and have the expertise, experience and communication skills to lead and inspire others.
