Role Description

As a full-time Cafe & Lounge Supervisor based on-site in Muscat, you will oversee the daily operations of the cafe and lounge, ensuring smooth service and high-quality customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining food preparation and service standards, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You will drive guest satisfaction by addressing customer needs, resolving concerns, and helping maintain a comfortable and well-managed environment.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage management
  • Experience in Food Service and ensuring compliance with Food Safety standards
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to address and resolve guest concerns effectively
  • Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to manage a team in a hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to busy schedules
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry is advantageous
  • Knowledge of local regulations and standards for food safety and hygiene is a plus
