Merchandising Supervisior

The Merchandising supervisor will be responsible in assisting the Merchandising Head for maximizing the achievement of business goals through merchandise planning, product launches, and other techniques that maximize sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Management of all merchandising team in all routes of Oman

· Daily follow-up with Merchandiser of market visit (Report & Pictures)

· Ensure efficient & effective call cycles are in place.

· Bi-weekly visit to all locations in Oman.

· Monthly training to our Merchandiser team either at separate locations or all together

· Develop and execute merchandising plans that align with overall business objectives and sales targets.

· Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust merchandising strategies as needed.

· Train and develop merchandising team members to enhance their skills and performance.

· Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures related to product placement, pricing, and promotional activities.

· Monitor competitors' merchandising strategies and recommend adjustments to maintain our competitive edge.

· Collecting, monitoring, investigating and fixing out of stock situation in the market.

· Bring to management market challenges to be solved.

· Report to the management about the listing of products in key accounts & centralized outlets.

Requirements and skills:

· Proven work experience as Merchandising/Sales Supervisor particularly in FMCG Company.

· Capacity to build strong working relationships throughout the brand and work effectively with all levels

· You possess strong negotiation skills and can arrive at win-win solutions with partners
