Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated Perfume Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for fragrances, and the ability to drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting perfumes and related products.
Demonstrate product knowledge, including fragrance families, brand stories, and usage tips.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
Maintain the visual presentation of the store, including displays and stock organization.
Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales service.
Keep updated with new perfume launches, trends, and promotions.
Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience; experience in perfume/fragrance retail is a plus.
Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
Professional appearance and grooming standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Knowledge of perfume brands and fragrance families is highly desirable.
