IVMS Coordinator

Responsibilities

· Administer the IVMS program (equipment installation, programming/maintenance, analyze data and IVMS reports)

· Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external

· Ensure IVMS units are added/removed when vehicles are added, sold, or scrapped

· Adding, removing, and modifying users when there are personnel changes

· Provide training to District Managers on system reports and tracking

· Work with management/ HSE Managers to provide data related to vehicle incidents

· Provide management with monthly progress reports to usage and behavior performance indicators and coaching to ensure compliance

QUALIFICATION / PRE-REQUISITES NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

· High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

· Knowledge or experience with (IVMS) In Vehicle Monitoring Systems

· Background in safety or DOT compliance

· Intermediate to advanced experience with Word and Excel

· Strong communications skills (verbal, email)

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to manage tasks independently

· Excellent time management skills and ability to follow up on tasks.
