Job Overview

The job holder is responsible for managing key financial operations and assets for GFI Oman. This role involves handling insurance claims, payment operations, asset management, financial processing, and cash flow submissions.

Key Accountabilities

Insurance Claims Management:

  • Manage and process insurance claims
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to resolve any issues and expedite claims.

Payment Operations:

  • Oversee the operations of payments
  • Ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor payment systems and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Asset Management:

  • Manage the organization's assets
  • Maintain accurate records of assets.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure proper utilization and maintenance of assets.

Financial Processing:

  • Process new RACE forms and inventory write-offs.
  • Handle bank documents, export PVT label accounts, and bank guarantees (BGs).
  • Ensure all financial processing is done in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Submit daily and monthly cash flow reports
  • Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow forecast

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in: Financial Management, Asset Management, Interpersonal skills, Time Management, Decision-Making and Team Leadership
