Job Summary:

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for handling all government-related documentation and employee processes, including visas, labor cards, license renewals, and company registrations. The role ensures full compliance with local laws and maintains smooth communication with government departments and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all employee visa processes (new, renewal, cancellation, transfer).
  • Manage labor and immigration-related documentation.
  • Prepare and submit applications to government departments (Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Manpower, etc.).
  • Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, registrations, and permits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all PRO-related transactions.
  • Represent the company in all government offices when required.
  • Support HR and administration departments with employee-related formalities.
  • Stay updated with current labor and immigration laws to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with employees for required documents and status updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred).
  • Minimum
    2+ plus
    years of experience as a PRO in Oman
  • Strong knowledge of local labor, immigration, and company laws.
  • Excellent communication in
    Arabic and English
    (both written and verbal).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Professional attitude and confidentiality in handling company documents.
