Role & responsibilities

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting
• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on design drawings and specifications.
• Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation
• Quantify materials, labor, and equipment required.
• Prepare BOQs for tendering and procurement.
• Tendering & Procurement Support
• Assist in preparing tender documents.
• Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts.
• Contract Administration
• Draft and review contracts, variations, and claims.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met by all parties.
• Cost Control & Reporting
• Track project costs against budget.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including cost forecasts and cash flow analysis.
• Value Engineering
• Suggest cost-effective construction methods and material alternatives.
• Optimize resource utilization without compromising quality.
• Final Account & Project Close-Out
• Reconcile costs and settle final accounts.
• Conduct post-project cost analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Must have experience in Civil, Commercial and Industrial Building.
