Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and inspection checklists.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure that work is executed according to project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor concrete works, steel reinforcement, finishes, and other site operations.
- Assist in quantity verification and material approvals.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and records.
- Support the project engineer in preparing handover documents and inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in building or villa construction (preferably in Oman or GCC).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of site supervision, quality control, and finishing works.
- Strong communication and coordination skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
- Must be able to manage multiple sites and report to the supervision department.
- Valid Omani driver's license preferred.
