Environment Supervisor – Oman EPC Project

We are seeking an experienced Environment Supervisor to join our team on a large-scale renewable energy EPC project in Oman. The role will focus on ensuring environmental compliance, monitoring, and sustainability practices across solar plant and substation construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and implement project-level environmental management plans in line with Omani regulations and international standards.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with environmental protection requirements (waste management, water usage, dust/noise control, etc.).
  • Conduct regular environmental inspections, reporting, and audits.
  • Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders on environmental compliance matters.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions for workers on environmental protection.
  • Support HSE team in developing and updating environmental procedures.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in environmental supervision, preferably within EPC or large-scale construction projects.
  • Knowledge of Omani environmental laws and permitting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Previous experience in solar, wind, or power plant projects is a plus.
  • Based in Oman or available for immediate relocation.
