Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Event Management based in Muscat. The Director of Event Management is responsible for developing proposals, overseeing the planning, design, coordination, and execution of a wide range of corporate events. Key daily tasks include managing event budgets, managing accounts, coordinating with vendors, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality experiences for clients. The role will also involve administration and sales to ensure event goals align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Event Planning and Event Management to create and execute successful events.
- Strong Budgeting skills to manage and allocate resources effectively for events.
- Exceptional Communication skills for collaborating with teams, clients, and vendors.
- Experience in Administration, HR, Sales to align event goals with organizational targets.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and oversee event and design staff and operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in managing large-scale corporate events or similar is a plus.
