Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Freelance Mystery Shoppers. Mystery Shoppers will conduct evaluations of customer service experiences by visiting assigned businesses, observing and recording service quality, and providing detailed reports. Responsibilities also include gathering data on customer interactions and ensuring compliance with evaluation guidelines and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Research and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in effective Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic understanding of Sales and Research methodologies
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent observational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Prior experience in customer service assessment or a related field is a plus
