Marine Infrastructure Supervision

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of civil and structural works such as concrete, steel, rebar, formwork, earthworks, and marine-related structures.
• Review and verify inspection requests (IRs), material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure all site works comply with approved design, specifications, and HSE regulations.
• Monitor the contractor's performance and report non-conformances with corrective action recommendations.
• Maintain daily site records, photographs, and inspection logs using digital documentation systems.
• Support the Resident Engineer and QA/QC Engineer in quality control processes and progress verification.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover inspections.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries for weekly and monthly progress meetings.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil or marine infrastructure supervision.
• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience on large-scale infrastructure or waterfront projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, structural, and coastal construction techniques.
• Familiarity with FIDIC-based contracts and quality assurance systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and electronic document management systems (e.g., Aconex).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
