Job Description:

The Planning Engineer will report directly to the Manager Planning or Project Manager and will be responsible for planning and scheduling complex projects, including villas, apartments, and infrastructure. Key duties include developing project schedules, analyzing specifications, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders or any other assignment given by superiors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to identify key milestones and deliverables.
  • Utilize project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) to create and update project schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Identify critical paths, potential risks, and opportunities for optimization within the project schedule.
  • Monitor and track project progress against established schedules, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and present periodic progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources as per project requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing expert insights on schedule-related matters and contributing to decision-making processes.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions at the end of each project to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future projects.
