We are looking for qualified
Civil Engineers
with
PDO or Oil & Gas project experience
to join our oilfield operations team. The role includes supervision and execution of
well pad construction
,
earthworks
,
excavation
, and
structural erection
, ensuring all works comply with project and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute civil works for
    well pads, foundations, and site development
    .
  • Manage
    earthworks, excavation, and backfilling
    activities as per drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with
    PDO / Oil & Gas QA/QC and HSE standards
    .
  • Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare site reports and assist with material and work inspections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
    .
  • Minimum
    2+ years of experience
    in
    PDO or Oil & Gas projects
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    earthwork, excavation, and erection works
    .
  • Good knowledge of
    HSE practices and quality standards
    .
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PDO HSE Passport / Permit to Work certification.
  • Valid Oman Driving License.
