- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of Omani clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently tracking performance and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives within the Omani context.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the Omani market.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, utilizing CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads in Oman.
Based out of Oman and well versed with steel or construction industry is must.
- Holds a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the Omani market, preferably within the steel or construction sector.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Omani business landscape, cultural nuances, and local regulations.
- Exhibits fluency in both English and Arabic, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibits a proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Holds a valid Omani driving license and is willing to travel within Oman as required.
