Experience: 5 years in oil and gas

Gulf experience Must.

Job Description:-

Preparing of design drawings from information presented. Modification of existing drawings. Working under supervision. Should show potential to move up as a designer.
Develop and update 2D drawings and 3D models for mechanical components, assemblies, piping, equipment layouts, and structural supports using AutoCAD (and other CAD tools as applicable, e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks).
Prepare general arrangement (GA), fabrication, and installation drawings from engineering sketches or instructions.
Ensure that drawings incorporate all technical details, tolerances, and material specifications.
Prepare isometric drawings, spool drawings, and piping layouts as required for mechanical works.
Create and maintain drawing registers and revision control in accordance with project and IMS document control procedures.
Ensure all drawings comply with company drafting standards, project-specific requirements, and relevant international codes (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
Apply proper dimensioning, symbols, and notations as per industry and company standards.
Coordinate with mechanical engineers, project managers, site supervisors, and QA/QC staff to understand requirements and resolve drawing-related queries.
Participate in design reviews and technical meetings, incorporating agreed changes into drawings.
Liaise with the document control team to ensure timely submission and approval of drawings by clients and consultants.
Provide as-built drawings based on site red-markups and field measurements.
