Quality Executive – Bakery Industry

Are you passionate about food safety and quality excellence? We are looking for a Quality Executive to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our high standards in bakery production.

Key Responsibilities


• Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards across plant operations.


• Implement and manage quality systems in line with international standards.


• Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and drive continuous improvements.


• Provide training and awareness to production teams on food safety and quality practices.


• Conduct inspections of raw materials, packaging, in-process, and finished products.


• Manage laboratory testing, product sampling, and shelf-life studies.


• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).


• Collaborate with NPD and production teams for trials and quality validations.


• Monitor pest control, hygiene, sanitation, and environmental programs.


• Support supplier audits and material approvals for compliance.


• Drive initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance consistency.

Requirements


•  Bachelor's degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related field.


•  Minimum 4 years' experience in QA/QC and food safety within the bakery industry.


•  Strong knowledge of quality management systems and food safety standards.


•  Hands-on experience with bakery production processes, QC checks, and hygiene practices.


•  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
