Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team member at ZUBAIR REAL ESTATE located in Azaibah. The Sales Team member will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, and closing deals. The role involves maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales reports, and achieving monthly sales targets. Additional responsibilities include participating in sales meetings, staying updated with market trends, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate
  • Knowledge of property market trends and local real-estate laws
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel for client meetings and property viewings
